FREQUENTLY ASKED

Got a question? We have answers.

How does the order request process work?

Place your order through the store. You will not be charged today — we contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability, share payment details for your chosen method (PayPal, debit/credit, Cash App or bank transfer), and arrange a collection or delivery date that works for you.

Do your animals come vet-checked?

Yes. Every animal leaves us vet-checked, de-wormed and up-to-date on vaccinations appropriate to their species and age. We share the paperwork with you on collection.

Can you help me choose the right breed?

Absolutely. We spend time talking with you about your land, your goals and your experience before recommending anything. Many of our placements are with first-time owners and we are happy to walk you through it.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes — local delivery within a sensible radius is included in the price of every animal. For longer distances we can arrange transport with a trusted livestock hauler at cost.

What ongoing support do you provide?

We stay in touch. You will have our direct number for any question, big or small, for the lifetime of the animal. Many of our families send photos for years.

How much space do I need?

It depends on species, but a good rule of thumb is a quarter-acre of rotated grazing per animal, with secure perimeter fencing of at least 1.2 m for goats and 1.4 m for alpacas. We will help you plan.
